The horizontally fitted mechanical air cleaner COBARON® offers a filtration system adapted to numerous applications for the elimination of emulsion mist and fumes. It equally works with most tooling-machines whether use special cooling lubricants or not.
The unique selling point of COBARON® is the COBATOP pre-filter system, which stands out for its unmatched quality, excellent liquid storage capacity, high separation efficiency and infrequent servicing needs. Its efficient pre-filtration protects the master filter device and optimizes the overall effectiveness.
The mechanical air cleaner COBARON® can be equipped with a VARI filter or with a HEPA Filter H13 (guaranteed filtration efficiencies of 99.95%).
The mechanical air cleaner TEBARON® was specifically designed and developed with small to mid-size tooling machines in mind. It efficiently evacuates emulsions emanations.
The standard, integrated pre-filter package is made up of three parts and is completely washable and reusable. The main filter can be individually adapted ot the application.
The mechanical air cleaner TEBARON® can be equipped with a VARI filter or with a HEPA Filter H13 (guaranteed filtration efficiencies of 99.95%).
ISI-TRONIC device control redefines air purification. For the first time it is possible to display all relevant working parameters live, such as the degree of soiling of the different filter levels, air volume flow or the monitoring of pressure differential in the filter device. Additionally, you can control yourself (via laptop or network) the air volume or the desired reserve level (depending on options chosen).
